Start organizing

  1. Select the main categories or subcategories you want.
  2. Choose photos or videos and a date range, then start filtering.
  3. Preview the results and review items before deleting or creating albums.

Automatic classification may miss or misclassify items. Judge the photo itself before deleting it. Viewing, classification, search, single-item deletion and adding to existing albums are free. Batch deletion and new album creation each include one free successful action; after that you can choose to watch a rewarded ad for one credit. If ads are unavailable, choose to continue free. Cancelled or failed actions do not consume credits.

Missing photos?

Check the date range and media type first. The default range is the past month, so older items may be outside it. Then check Me → Photos access. Limited access allows only the items you selected. Manage the accessible photos or open iOS Settings to change permission.

Deletion, albums and editing

Review selected items before deleting. Both the app and iOS ask for confirmation; cancelling does not delete anything. Recovery in the system Recently Deleted album depends on the options iOS provides. Keep an appropriate backup of important photos.

Creating an album changes organization within the system Photos library and does not move or duplicate original photos. Edits are saved through the system photo library. Preview before saving; reverting to the original depends on the item and the options the system provides.

Why did background work pause?

iOS controls background execution, which depends on system version, power, temperature and available resources. Older systems provide limited background time; the app saves progress to continue later. Force-quitting can prevent organizing or downloads from continuing. Reopen the app to check its state and follow the available controls.

Privacy and diagnostics

Usage analytics and crash uploads are off by default on new installations. You can choose each separately in Me → Data & privacy, without affecting free features. Performance logs use a separate local setting and are not automatically sent to us. Read the Privacy Policy.

Contact support

Email silverfisher@cleanweb.info and, where possible, include:

  • Your app version, iPhone model and iOS version;
  • The steps that led to the issue, what you expected and what happened;
  • A screenshot that explains the issue without exposing private information.

For a performance issue, you can choose to attach a file from Me → Performance diagnostics → Export performance log. Review attachments first. Do not send passwords, keys, sensitive photos or unrelated personal information. Privacy rights and data deletion requests use the same contact email.
